Associate Vice President, Penn Medicine Experience
Craig Loundas is the associate vice president for the Penn Medicine Experience at Penn Medicine. He is responsible for system-wide data analytics, leader and staff development, and change management impacting the patient experience for the Penn Medicine system of six hospitals and over 500 ambulatory practice sites with 41,000+ faculty and staff and $7 billion in revenue. Prior to this role, he served as Director of Talent Management and Director of Leadership Development for Penn Medicine. He earned a PhD in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member for Drexel University and Widener University, teaching organizational development, healthcare leadership and change management.
