- 69% specifically said they plan to pursue a Master's degree or PhD
- 26% said they planned to transition into a new industry within six months
- 12% said they were seeking a promotion within their current role

Since 2019, BAAS graduates have earned acceptances to 94 graduate and professional programs across 9 fields of study—at institutions including Harvard, Yale, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, Cornell, Northwestern, Georgetown, the University of Pennsylvania, and Duke, among many others. Several graduates have received full and partial tuition scholarships.

Graduates were required to fill out a survey in their final semester through the Handshake platform the semester of or 1 before graduation. LinkedIn was used as a secondary source and verified with the graduate where possible.
