Judy is currently the Director of Human Resources for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, PA, where she focuses on culture, talent management, leadership and employee development, benefits, policy, and HR processes. Prior professional experiences include independent HR consulting for nonprofit and for-profit organizations, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), and Director of Human Resources at the Independence Seaport Museum and the William Penn Foundation.

In 2012, Judy was the recipient of the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award. She holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM- SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications. She is currently President of Tri-State Human Resources Management Association and serves on the University of Pennsylvania’s LPS Employer Advisory Board. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a lifetime member of Hadassah where she held board positions with her local chapter. She has served on the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award board as Chair of the Judges Committee for several years, and on the Scholarship Committee. She earned a BA degree in business management and psychology from Clark University and has done additional coursework at Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Rowan University. In her spare time, Judy enjoys live music, theater, her book clubs, running, and spending time at the Jersey Shore. Her proudest achievement is raising two sons to adulthood and independence. She and her husband reside in New Jersey.
