With over 20 years of broad human resources experience, Mike Higgins is a dynamic, results-oriented leader who empowers organizations, leaders, teams, and employees to thrive. He utilizes a unique and powerful complement of consultant, business partner, and learning and organizational development professional skills to identify business requirements, cultivate solutions, integrate programs, and effect results. Mike is dedicated to creating robust organizational cultures that enable employees to do their best work in support of their career aspirations and organizational results.
In his current role as the Vice President of Human Resources for Communications Test Design Inc. (CTDI), Mike leads a talented team of professionals in all aspects of human resources service delivery for over 10,000 associates in 60 locations across the US. Prior to joining CTDI, Mike spent ten rewarding years in various HR leadership roles with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, with responsibilities including enterprise-wide talent management activities, leadership, professional skills, career and organizational development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement for the hospital’s 15,000 employees. Mike has also held HR leadership roles with PMA Companies, Radian Guaranty, and QVC.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from LaSalle University, and a master’s degree in Education (Corporate Education/Instructional Systems Design) from Pennsylvania State University.
