Rob is currently a Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group, where he co-leads people and commercial strategies for North America’s Tech & Digital Advantage (TDA) Practice. Prior to his role in TDA, Rob held positions within BCG’s northeast leadership team as the Business Management Director for BCG’s Pennsylvania offices as well as roles in the Public Sector Practice Area and finance organizations. Rob also serves on BCG North America’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council and is a co-chair for the firm’s AccessAbility network, which champions disability inclusion efforts. Prior to joining BCG, Rob spent a decade-plus in the aerospace and defense sector managing large human capital and financial programs domestically and abroad. He earned his bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University’s Strome College of Business and later, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
