Andrea Wolf is the President and CEO of the Brem Foundation, which works to maximize every woman’s chances of catching breast cancer at early, more curable stages. Since assuming this position in 2015, Andrea has significantly expanded the Brem Foundation’s reach. Her accomplishments include improving the Foundation’s digital presence and website, expanding programs for medically underserved people in the DC area, increasing partnerships, launching a bra-collection initiative, providing accurate breast-health education to more women, and giving more low-income women access to breast diagnostic tests.
Before assuming this role, Andrea served as Director of Public Policy for Girls Inc., a national education nonprofit dedicated to empowering low-income girls. In that role, Andrea lobbied Congress and the Obama administration to pass key domestic violence legislation focusing on violence against younger girls and teens. She also lobbied to improve access to STEM and financial literacy education for girls, provide accurate sexual health education for girls, and curtail substance abuse among teen girls. Andrea graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received her Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law School.
