Diane is an experienced author, lawyer, mediator, organizational consultant, and executive coach with experience in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors.

Diane is the founder of dr2. Through consulting, workshops, training, and coaching services, Diane works with individuals and organizations to navigate toward excellence, enable flourishing while finding meaning and satisfaction along the way, and to optimize organizational and personal advancement and growth.

Diane previously was affiliated with Herrick Feinstein LLP (counsel), at Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP (counsel), Weil Gotshal & Manges (associate), Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (associate), and Alter & Rosen LLP (partner). Diane specialized in real estate and corporate transactions.

Diane is the author of The Grownups Guide: Living with Kids in Manhattan (1998, 2003) and The Grownups Guide: Visiting New York City with Kids (2003). She was the founding vice president of Girls Learn International, a nonprofit organization that works to combat the global crisis in girls’ education.

Diane is a graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University (EdD), University of Pennsylvania (MAPP), NYU Stern School of Business (MBA), Georgetown University Law Center (JD), Cornell University ILR School (BS), and London School of Economics (General Course). She holds certificates from the Columbia University External Coaching Intensive, Subject Object Interview Adult Assessment (Minds at Work), Cinergy Conflict Coaching, Wholebeing Institute Positive Psychology Coaching, and Weatherhead School of Management (appreciative inquiry).
